Pages not getting indexed to redirect error, but I have not set up any redirects? Other pages are indexed with the exact same build. What do I need to do?
I asked this question the other day and no one seems to have the answer. My wordpress .com site got that error in GSC but the URL is not redirecting so i don't know how to correct this.
The reason is when your browser tries to load your site, it goes forth and back between those web addresses in a way that will never complete — a redirect loop.

Redirect error: Google experienced a redirect error of one of the following types:
A redirect chain that was too long; a redirect loop; a redirect URL that eventually exceeded the max URL length; there was a bad or empty URL in the redirect chain.

Nope.Where you able to sort out your problem?
It is strange no one else has had this problem. Were your websites new? Mine was created about 2 months ago.Nope.
Well, in a "normal" wordpress install a redirect loop might be caused by some misconfig or plugin conflict. If you're on the "free" wordpress, that's weird. Have you changed the slug (page name/url)? Have you tried to add the website to google webmaster console? usually when an error is throwing in the console, it also gives more info on what's causing it and how to fix it. Maybe post some screenshot of the console error if you want.
