Google Real Time Results

Did I totally miss this or what? I searched for "PHP Chat" in google, and at the top it had a "realtime results" that was updating with mostly facebook status'... I tried duplicating the results with such things as "baseball" "football", etc but I am not seeing it with anything else... what's the deal with this? If I'm reiterating on something that's been saturated here already I sincerely apologize, but a quick search yielded nothing for me.
