Try these two things

1) SSL is enabled
2) Your site is fast enough - Try to move to NGINX to make sure site fast, enable GZIP Compression, enable caching, enable HSTC

It might help

This must be a G dance. All you need to do is keep on adding fresh contents to your site and build some relevant quality links.

I hope this will settle down at some point, do not force anything.

Try to build some quality links...try guest posting on good authority sites
Also check your content quality....google will do whatever it can to get low quality contents outranked!
