Google PVA Accounts that Stick

Does anyone know of a good service that offers quality Google PVA accounts that stick? I previously purchased a list of 100 and used something like 35 accounts. In about a month the entire list was disabled. I'm guessing whoever sold them to me probably left a footprint if accounts that I hadn't even used yet were banned :-/
