google provides any bulk discount offer

I want to run an ad I approached an ad agency the agency intimated that they have a google premium customer they get a bulk discount from Google AdWords from Google.Is there any option that google provide bulk order for ads.How can I run my own any suggestion friends?

Google does not have discounts of any kind for Adwords customers. The whole point of it is that every advertiser is on the same level playing field. It is merit based and not if you are willing/able to pay more, whether you manage your campaign yourself or have an agency do it. Of course, you expect an agency to know how to manage to keep costs as low as possible but that's no guarantee as I know plenty of agencies who don't. Anyone who says they have a special relationship with Google to get discounts is lying to you.
