The December update hit a lot of affiliate sites. Google has lanched their own, best of everything to promote products. This new "Product Reviews Feature" is them essentially cutting down affiliate sites some more. As always there are winners and losers but the real big winner here is Google.
If you have taken a hit, I'll make a general assumption that you are in the US market. I'm not seeing these features anywhere else as of now. The second thing you should do is evaluate what percentage of your traffic is mobile vs desktop. I'll bet your lost traffic is from mobile. There are a few things I can recommend you do which I explain in the video.
