Google Prior Violations [TIRED]

Hello.


I creating my own accounts since 2-3 months and lately he's being desperate.

I use methods to prevent Google from detecting me, such as private VPN, different IP's from different providers, mobile IP's, as well as other methods.

When uploading an app to this account (sometimes they are code made from scratch), it seems to go back into review and soon Google finishes banning my account, by Prior Violations or associates.

I'm already desperate and I do not know what is the best method to create an account on Google Play and access it to upload apps if you're banned.

well, you are doing everything wrong, I can advice you one thing - develop apps on vmware
 
Don't use the same screen resolution and the same setup on every VM. Make sure your VM traffic actually goes through VPN and doesn't leak data. Make sure you're using a different email and SIM card every time. Finally make sure the code doesn't contain identifiable information (same app id, same ad id, etc) that can be linked to your previous banned accounts.

Do you mean that you develop apps INSIDE the VM with an VPN activated? Do you delete the source code once you are banned? Or just change package name, app id, UI design, colors...

I'm very confused with this, because I hear that Google Play Store Review has been changed and now is more difficult to pass if you are banned previously.

Yes, install Android Studio or whatever you're using inside the VM, then compile the code and publish from there only.

No need to delete the source code, you can change package name, app id, UI design, etc.

Nothing to be confused about. Google has a fingerprint of every computer used to publish apps. If it is in any way related to a banned account, you'll be banned again. The whole point of using a VM is to have a different fingerprint - which is created from many different parts like operating system, screen size, IP, hardware IDs, etc.
 
Do not use source code from previous accounts.
You should create new apps from scratch because Android Studio save some metadata about your PC for every application.
