You don't become Google without investing heavily in scalable and automated solutions.

Sure people hate the fact that its hard to ever get ahold of someone at Google, but when you look at the numbers there is a reason for that.

I hard some statistic that if they gave each user 10 minutes of time once every 4 years or something like that, they'd basically need to triple the amount of employees they have. In other words, it simply isn't possible.
