That is 110% BS sorry, i have sites that are PR0 and they outrank PR6 websites on reasonable competitive keywords, PR is nothing more then a webmaster dick measuring tool and a tool used by marketers to sell sites and links for ridicules amount of money to newbies and PR believers.

one of my sites dropped 1 point in PR the rest gained. some didnt update (hope the update isnt all done yet)
