Is there a program that tells what your site ranks for each keyword?

I'm currently using RankBL Google Position but it only ranks it for the first 1000 sites. I need something more powerful.

(Just thinking out loud.) Hmm. I should start gathering SEO tools.

Market samurai just added something like that.

I use rankchecker from seobook, but it's pretty basic. I just downloaded Web CEO which is free, yesterday. A lot of people said it's good, I have to try it out.

I think its quite hard to research a keyword when your site is not in the top 1k. Maybe you should increase the rank and then check it back

I have test and work all above SEO tools, Seo Elite, SEO Studio, IBP,Web CEO, Market Samurai, Micro Niche Finder. There is something very important for me that not all of the above tools can handle. Is the languages that use the non Roman character set, very important for me and my language, That means that languages such as Greek, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Hebrew, Thai, Arabic, etc. aren't supported. Only Web CEO and Market Samurai can use and handle keywords and sites with languages that have NON Roman characters set. Both are excellent professional tools, working great for me, they have very good support,upgrades and worth the money. After communication with the IBP and Micro Niche Finder support team, they told me that will improve this in future versions (Micro Niche Finder in v. 5.0
