google plus / lead gen model

I know it normally take 4-5 days for listings to show up after being active, but a recent one I did for a lead gen site is taking over a week. It confirmed it first time.

What's the longest you've had to wait when you click on active for it to show up and not say "we do not support this location" I know google says up to 2 weeks, but the one i got confirmed the same day took much less time.
