Okay, so here's the deal, I have a lot of websites and the +1 button works for every one of them, except one.

Does anyone have experience of Google +1 button not working for their site. I mean, it shows and everything, but when I (or my visitors) +1 it, the button count is always staying on 0.

I did participate in some +1 exchanges early on, but I ditched the effort, since i realized it could somehow blacklist my site.

Can anyone tell me what should I do now?

I think the problem related to gmail accounts who gives you +1 and not to your site. The other reason should be blaclisted for the services you buy for fake +1's .Do not play with Google will eat you

Thanks for your reply, however, it doesn't have to do with Google accounts since i'm able to +1 my other sites (which i didn't buy the +1s for) with same Google accounts.

Is there any opportunity to file a reconsideration mail to them? I really want this site to be able to receive the +1s since its my main website.
    Help anyone, please :)
