I have been doing some research on google plus lately, its going to be one of the easiest ways to get our sites indexed.

Every story i published to google plus was indexed within 10 minutes! I have a great tip here..

Do keyword research in your niche, find the keywords that have less than 10,000 in competition. Write a quality plus post, add your keywords etc. link it to your site. (make it easy to read, and put emphasis on your keywords by bolding them with a * on each end.)

I tested this a few times and i found that depending on how heavy the competition is in 10000, my story actually hit first page.

Also i think it could drive some great traffic, there is no alot of competition in plus right now, so add your company or keywords to your education, work place, and tagline. You will show up in the search results on google plus!

However you wont stay in page 1, they change on a daily basis, you will cycle through it.

it's a great tool for SEO, if your not using it than your behind your competition. Do a little research into it, im not going to reveal what keywords i used to rank within 20 minutes for obvious reason. It can drive some traffic!

Thats smart thinking from you. Thanks for the share man ;)

You mean the "stream" box which is like in facebook? Haven't used G+ at all but got good idea this might work on :)

buddy thanx for this post as since i have read you post i m busy with G+ and make my profile and create a business page for my site.. and found it very well experience... thankx for remind me about G+... rep and thx givn..

Doesn't Google only show your G+ posting to people searching your keyword that actually have you on their G+ account? If so then all those efforts are in vein unless you have a very very large amount of friends - then this is no more useful than Twitter or Facebook posts getting indexed etc.

TRUE but it is still a fast indexing tool, not only that but you can add anyone to your circle so when you post the will see it..

its not a "ill follow you if you follow me" deal, its a "you look like a customer, i think i will put you in my circle" deal.

They are only in vein if you believe its in vein.

who do you think GOOGLE is going to gave more emphasis on, a company they dont control "facebook" or their own..

I have been doing something similar and can confirm that this really works ! I was able to hit #3 for 1 kw.

I think all of you guys are looking at the personalized results in big G. If you click on worldwide, you will not see your post ranked that high. It is high, because its relevant for you personally, because...u created it.
If it gets ur site INDEXED withink 10m, its still a good tool ;)

Only you can people in your circle can see it if it is a G+ Post.

True, however people in your circle will also see it in search results!

I wonder how they are going to deal with all that keyword stuffing when more people start doing it?

Nevertheless - G+ is a great opportunity - utilize it RIGHT NOW!

yes google + is good for seo point of view in many ways, i also use the google + for my and clients sites.

Anyways good post buddy

thanks for taking your time and shared experience. It's definetely worth trying

So glad people are picking up on the benefits of Google+ , and very kind of you calebmann to lay out a plan like this.

Google will be forcing a social network down our throats increasingly after March 1st. Facebook is threatening to develop a search engine, Google's beating them to the punch and creating a social network around their search engine.

Even if the content published only gets shared with users logged into gmail, it will still be a fantastic targeted market. Hopefully this will cause people to stay logged into gmail longer, as they will need to to use other services (at this point it's a google account, not gmail). Because they're logged in, we'll be able to get an even more accurate metric on those that use google and if we start now, we'll be able to make a market before the users show up, effectively cutting into the established facebook ads.

I believe it so, thank you for sharing.
btw, does giving +1 the same point with share the link?
