hi everybody ,need some help here about googel plus 1,is it really +1 affect your site rank on search engine??? and one more thing i do really need some hands who can help give me a google plus ticket ( please )

I know from experience that it affects your personal rankings. If you +1 a site, it'll appear dramatically higher than normal.

How it affects other users rankings though, I haven't been able to tell with absolute certainty yet.

+1 is great because it gives google a chance to get positive feedback from people they trust, their accounts. So yes google +1 if done right will make you get better results​

Yes, they do indeed make a difference in SERPs.

more important it effects site rank on people you know and they know and so forth...
