Used a paid for testing service for testing the app on 20 devices before release, all went well. After a short while my GP account was terminated for high-risk behavior. What can i do about it, how should i formulate the appeal? Should i even try? I have not heard of 1 successful appeal of this kind..

You have nothing to lose by appealing. I mean the account is gone. You might as well appeal it.

Be clear, inform them about the company you used to run the test, be ready with any correspondence or invoice related to it.

Google Play has a very defined Internal, Closed and Open testing policy. Did you follow it properly?

There are very specific requirements for new accounts as well - https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/14151465?hl=en

Was this the mandatory pre-release close test? Did you answer the questionnaire properly?

Are you using a reskinned app? Did your testers flag anything?

Does your app require permissions that may not be deemed necessary?

Do you have a history of banned accounts?

What service did you use to run the tests? Was it a legit service? How were the tests setup?

The ban came some time after the app was published. Can't remember the company, have to search it up. I don't have other banned accounts, but if i "dig deeper" with the appeal, will i risk other accounts i have to be banned?

If you can't remember the service, they might as well be the cause of this whole thing. Stick to legit services from hereon please.

When an appeal is provided for "High Risk" or for any kind of arbitration, the adjudicator often has a PLA section to scan through for any other form of ToS breaking - which is "Potentially Linked Accounts". Depending on how indepth the company tracks its users (it's Google, come on) - these have a degree of "confidence" associated with them based on markers.

So yes, you risk having other accounts banned for trying to game the system.

So i have 3 accounts, the third is the one banned for using the app-testing service. If i file an appeal for the third account there is a chance that there will be a scan made and the other 2 healthy accounts be banned? I am understanding correctly?
