Google Play Sotre Account Payout on Hold

Hi there,
Have you ever met this problem on Google Play console?
I have 2 accounts got this problem and have no idea how to solve it. I cannot receive money from Google now. My payment profile is fake and I sent emails to Google merchant but no responses at all.

"You're currently unable to receive payouts because there's a hold on your payments account."

Most likely it's due to Brazil law requests the verification of your identity.

Someone fix the bug or contact google for payment please help me.
Currently I am also being kept paying like this.
