How do you know if your account is shadow banned , that could be the reason for apps not indexed maybe our accounts are shadow banned

Try to search your old apps by name in Google Play search from different computers and different devices from different IP addresses. If the app is new, try searching by the package name: com.app.package. If you will not find it, there is a big chance that your account was shadow banned.

the thing is with the recent indexing problem you can't find the app using package name the only way I can see my apps from that account is if I wrote the name like this. My_App_Name other than that you can't find it , I should point that the account is new I created it in September

no all of them are published in the same month they disappeared after every one reported the index issue , appeared again for like 4 to 5 days and disappeared again , it's been a week now

how about your revenue or installs ?
Are they also decreasing ?

old apps and accounts are fine new accounts no installs no impressions nothing
