Google Play Developer : Pre-paid cards can't be used !

Lately, I want to create a google play developer account, and looks like google doesn't accept prepaid cards anymore!

i tried vanilla gift cards more than once old and new ones.

i also tried Payoneer also didn't work with the same error message from google.

have anyone created a google play developer account lately,
if yes can you please let us know the card you used to do so,

Google is banning cards, but every card have series number.
Fresh cards from new series are always working. According to vanilla cards (old cards not working), cards from new series are working. It depends to your luck if you get card from new series (not banned yet in Google)
Payoneer never worked.

What is working for me is revolut. Also, cards from new fintechs are working. For example bitcoin companies have cards, find fresh one fintech and open account. Last year Bitwala was working, also Monolith (eth). You need to make research and testing.
