Google play developer account is used for launching your apps in the Google Play store. You need to register on there signup page (https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup ), and later a pay a $25 fees. Within 48 hours your payment will be processed and you will have your account.

yeah. can anyone else say anything about this Website? I have people looking for quality accounts who have gotten scammed before and this site seems a little bit on the shady side.

Post a new thread in Want to Buy section. There have been quite a lot of sellers, here itself on BHW.

(I used to sell dev accounts, but I don't do that anymore. If you want to know how to create an dev account, PM me :), i will tell you the method for free)
 
Guys, I just came to know that Google blacklist our PC, and i am sure mine was blacklisted long back, now even if get an account from someone and use it in my PC, its of no use. what do i do to get rid of the so called blacklisting.

hi i have this error : When i run the app now i get Error: Problem setting up in-app billing: labResult: Error checking for billing v3 support. (response(cat) :billing unavailable), will this be solves when i have a developer account?
