Google play dev account, How long it takes for your payment to get verified ?

I bought an account yesterday with a vcc, payment is still now pending,
How long it takes usually to get approved ??

? That might be an issue with your VCC more than GooglePlay... Granted I got my Dev account in 2013, but I don't recall there being any wait time or verification time to process the $25 to open the developer account...unless things have changed (as they often do)?
