Ask your friend and pay using his card. In the past I have used cards of my relatives to pay for Google play developers account and had no issues.

Virtual Credit Card Provider GlobalVisaCards Tagline this :
You need to use the card balance in a month (30 days)! Recently Facebook ads and Google Play Console Account do not accept virtual cards.

Asked friends and relatives still no GPC Supported Cards and I live in a 3rd world country and its hard to find people with GPC supported Cards Holder.

use MasterCard or Visa cards they should work fine. if you are from India keep in mind Rupay cards would not work

Loaded pure crystal dollars to a prepaid card lol
I know MasterCard or Visa Card should work fine but I don't have real documents like a passport and I'm looking for a virtual solution or a trusted seller.

You can search in the marketplace for any virtual card solution otherwise you have to get a physical card of a friend or family which is very difficult to get sometimes. So, its better if you look in marketplace.
