Did you get any email from Google?
I and my 2 friends have banned as me for simple casino application.
Message:

They are probably associated in Google's eyes. Same account/IP/email?
All different - different contry different ip different email all diferent things.
We just contacted each other when our account was banned

Have you had an app removed and been warned before? If not, that casino app has something in the source code that is linking all your accounts together. If you purchased the source code somewhere and uploaded to the Play Store without making any changes, then that's most likely your problem.
It's like u published casino app and say me than your account banned.
Our bans do not treat each other in any way
The problem is that now GP began to block accounts for simple applications, i found a few more people who also banned for simple applications that they placed in the casino category

I always advise people to first create simple apps like content based apps so that Google starts trusting you. Once it is dine, u can try and publish any kind of app that u want. New accounts are always suspciously watched by Google. You can try and file a appeal and hope to get a response from Google about the same,

Its very simple, you have not abode by their TOS. Check the TOS at first, and the Privacy policy.
After GDPR, everyone is strict over this things. And send email to the play support.

google suspended my game week after I published it , because of ".....jump over rocks and try to avoid those angry birds flying over you....." in description. It is not allowed to use "angry birds" in any context. No appeal worked.
So G can ban you for silly reasons... unfortunately.

For past year . I have got to many gg play bans .. they send the same email whene clossing accounts .. and the main ban reason is SPAM.. your must have use a name of other apps in your category or other brands .. or your icon or screen use image that is copyrite..
