You check just like any other page. Get the url of the google play page, then search google for either

just copy some unique content in the page and quote it in the SERPs (exact match search), this should give you the result

Well, if exact match search for some of its content does return no results, then it's not indexed,
Have you check your server logs? If Googlebot visited that page and didn't index it, then link is irrelevant to be shown in search index. Also, you are asking a question and want answer to another. Googlebot will crawl that link but depends if it will index it or not.
