Why this application have ads in FB, Instagram etc. and don`t have banned? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.numeralquest.explorer

They have cleverly campaigned to avoid policy violations, their account is verified and has a good history.

From the game image we can see that it is a form of gambling but for Facebook's AI it is just a game of dropping balls and spinning circles. The image they used to avoid violating the policy is too good.

As mentioned above and in the comments;
"That app might be on Facebook's whitelist, or perhaps they're using a concealed link."

With the image problem, they handled it quite well to be able to fool Facebook. In addition, I think they also use cloaking links of the product because of the violation.

In Facebook's eyes, that product is not a violation, they hide the product quite well from the image to hiding the product link.

Guys I mean that this application stands in Google Play and is not removed

This app advertises on Facebook, Instagram without being banned because it complies with Meta's advertising policies, has clear content, does not violate regulations, and has a good account history. If you suspect a violation, you can report it directly on the ad or check through Meta's Policy Center.

Maybe they hide the good product link because it's hard to tell from the image that it's an infringing product.

With their application image, AI will definitely recognize it as a ball dropping game, so there will be no fear of violating policy.

The advertiser cleverly disguised the ad to make it look like it was still complying with the policy

They disguise their product so well that it looks like just a normal game and has nothing to do with gambling.
