I just wonder if i dont have a google play account can i give review to the application? DO i have a android phone to give a review or i can give review by visiting website too?
why you can not just test it out`? as i know u need an registered android account on google play, if you have one you can leave reviews on your pc...but im not sure
Yes, you must have installed the app on your device prior to leaving a review, otherwise it's not possible.
