Sorry, I should have been a bit clearer.
I have a client who is not ranking in Google Places for a very low competition keyword.
Basically I'm looking for someone who can set up and optimise their GP listing and provide citations and reviews if necessary to rank them in the A slot in Google Places.

Hope that makes more sense and clarifies...

I have a few offline clients and need to get consistant results on their G places page. Also I willl be offering my G PLaces set up and maintenance service to more businesses soon.

With that in mind I would llike to outsource the entire part of maintenance and possibly set up too
