google places

Looking at seo around google places, some of it's simple basic's like getting reviews and good title's etc. However one weird thing I've seen in the serp's is sometimes the places page info and the serp actually combines and you can get a normal serp title/desc used on the places page. Anyone know how to do this or best way to make it happen?
