Google Places, 'Permanently Closed'

Hi, I am currently working for a client who converts second-generation properties, typically restaurants into new restaurants and having the ability to locate places marked 'permanently closed' on Google Places would be a significant resource for them. Does anyone know of a way to scrape this data easily?
