I am looking for Google Places expert to help our businesses rank in local search results, can someone recommend anyone with expertise in this field or let me know what needs to be done to improve the rankings?

Reviews, citations, etc?

Appreciate any feedback.

There are services on here that do local citations for a great price. I would definitely use one of those services.

After that, you have to get reviews on like 3-5 different review sites including G local.
I usually drip feed reviews for 3 months or so then our G locals become very prominent.

Then you need to optimize your site and do basic SEO.

Thats all it really takes.
