Google Places Listing Problem

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble getting my business listed on Google Places.
The problem is that my business address is a shared office space, and Google recognizes this.

I tried a workaround by stating that I don't have a fixed address for customers and that I only provide services at the customer's location (on-site service).
I also mentioned that I just want to appear within a certain service area around the city.

For this, I used my home address.
However, Google is still asking me to film a video showing the premises, including the street name and a mailbox with my business signage.

Has anyone dealt with this before or has any idea how I can proceed?
I have already contacted support but haven't received a reply yet.

Thanks in advance!

Just fill the form given by google and update the address and also need for verification

Sorry, but I don't understand the statement. Google has not provided me with anything. I only have the option of the video described.

Ugh, I totally get how frustrating that video request can feel—especially when you’re running out of tricks and Google’s just telling you “nope, show me the place.” Here’s what I’d try if I were in your shoes:
  1. Lean into the service-area setup
    • Wipe out the street address entirely in your profile and just define a service radius (“30 km around [Your City]”).
    • Make sure your primary category screams “I come to you” (like “Mobile Auto Repair,” “Home Cleaning Service,” etc.).
    • Sometimes once Google sees no address at all, they’ll drop the video ask and just mail you a postcard.
  2. Scout for other verification options
    • Keep an eye in your dashboard for a “Verify by phone” or “Verify by email” link it doesn’t always show, but if it pops up you can dodge the video entirely.
    • If you have more than ten locations (or plan to), bulk verification can also get you around these one-off checks.
  3. If you’re stuck filming that video…
It actually isn’t as scary as it sounds. Think of it as giving Google a little “office tour” video:
    • Start by showing the street sign and the building’s exterior.
    • Walk inside, pan over to where you actually work—desk, office door, branded swag or equipment.
    • If you have tools, a company vehicle, or a uniform, let Google see those. One continuous, unedited clip is what they want.
  4. Explore a friendlier address solution
    • Some virtual-office/mailbox services do let you advertise their address and even have a little plaque or sign in the lobby.
    • A higher-tier co-working plan sometimes includes permission to list their address, plus access to door signage.
  5. Lean on the community and don’t be shy about escalation
    • The Google Business Profile Community forum is full of folks who’ve been there, done that—and sometimes a fellow user’s workaround will save you weeks of hassle.
    • A public tweet or email to the official GMB support account can also speed things up if your support ticket is radio-silent.
Believe me, once you’re past this verification hurdle your business will be happily showing up in searches and Google Maps. If you run into any new roadblocks like “the mailbox place won’t let me put up a sign,” or “my dashboard still only offers video verification” just give me a shout. We’ll figure it out!

Could you explain the exact issue you're having with your Google Places / Google Business Profile listing?
