Google Places Keywords???

I have read this some saying do it and others saying big no no AND want the BHW experts point of view.

DO or DONT us keywords with the location in it like:

Dallas TX lawn care, Dallas TX landscaping, Dallas TX mowing, Dallas TX tree service

or

lawn care, landscaping, mowing, tree, service

Also for local business pages is it best to just location first with keywords like this:
dallas, tx, lawn, care, landscaping, mowing, tree service
