Google places issues and the 650 253 2000 phone call

    question on google places i figured you guys might know something about. brief history, service business, didn't realize we were suppose to hide our address for non commercial properties. get the call from 650 253 2000, hangup thinking it's a solicitor only to notice our places page is gone. google that number and read countless threads of people being stuck in "We currently do not support the location" hell after the call.

    the facts. our dashboard looks like this

    business name
    city
    website

    business name
    different city
    same url website/name of different city page

    they deleted our main listing and left up the one my partner works from. it's been a month, i emailed google support, get back these vague emails like 'we're aware of the problem" the last one even suggested i delete the live listing and wait for them to revive the main one

    so...

    what would happen if i just edit all the details of the live one to our main address? basically input the info from the one that was taken down into the one they left up?

    the reason this is so important is that they delisted our actual state registered location and where we are very well known, it's caused a collapse in calls

    This call came from google to verified you listing and the indian guy didnt get any respond from you and he decided to Hide your list from google places, the only option for you at this point is to delete the old listing and upload new listing by post card
    Do not waste your time to get respond from google , you will not get any response
    This has happened before just decided to raise new listing, שnd now is in the air again.
    ****Another Tip - create a new email for the new listing

    i was hoping i wouldn't have to do this. from what people say the email is how they track the accounts and a new email even if it has the same address and phone will go live again. we had a ton of reviews and run a real straight show. google did write me back today and say they are aware of the problem etc. they just said there was no timeline on when it would be fixed. from what some have said that may be never
