    Hi

I have been doing some SEO work for a client and they used to come up in GP and the organic listing (home page).

It appears that the organic listing has gone completely and the GP listing is at number 2. I suspect they have merged.

Is there any way to get the organic listing back (the home page). I understand that an inner page may show up with some SEO but what about the home page that was originally there? Currently the home page appears to have completely gone from the organic listings for this term.

One of the competitors (4th spot in GP) also has an organic listing (1st) underneath the 7 block.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Depending on your location, certain local key words may or many not have a 7-pack merged with the normal organic results. Again this varys depending on the keyword and location. Google has recently re-added the 7-pack to my local keywords, and im suspecting that they're doing the same thing in other areas.

If the 7-pack is merged with organic results for some keyword, then it is very important for google that they never display the same result twice on the same page. Otherwise you could appear once for adwords, once for the 7-pack, and once for organic.

So im sure google deliberately made it so that it's impossible for the same URL to appear twice on the same page.

So if you want your organic result back. Delete your places page and it may return. Otherwise there is most likely no solution.
