When typing my moneysite's name in on google, an expired domain that I 301'd is showing in the SERP with their physical address etc. Their Google+ page is also appearing as #1 with moneysite as #2

Was thinking of boosting the SEO of the moneysite to achieve #1 but as for the Map/physical address im not sure what to do. I started the process to claim to be the registered owner of the address but it was requesting to verify via a code that would be posted to the address...
Thought Id be able to just delete the address completely without any verification process...

    Any help as always appreciated.

Just and added note: Using a proxy, I went onto the Google+ page and it gave you the option to 'Edit Details' under the address.

It then took me to the 'Maps' and 'Report a problem'. Toggling 'Place is permanently closed or doesn't exist' give the options of 'Permanently Closed, Doesn't Exist, Spam, Private, Moved elsewhere, Duplicate' Just wondering which would be best to select without a notification being sent, (via post etc) to the address currently shown.
