Google phone verification problem, how to remove it from their system?

Trying to create multiple google accounts, they are now lot allowing me to use the same number and it throws the error "this phone number cannot be used for verification."

I get that you can only use it a certain amount of times. But I went into the Phone settings of the other google accounts, and deleted that number completely. Therefore, google should not be storing this number anywhere in their database, right? Anyway, I still get the same error when trying to use that number. Somewhere in their system they have saved the number even though I have deleted it. Is there another location to remove it?

Buy a prepaid number, or use your friends number to verify them.
