Google Penalty or not? What to do next?

For me, It's hard to know if there is a penalty from google. Are you using keyword stuffing?

these are not articles but more like product descriptions. I removed most of them and now they are deindexed.

There is no keyword stuffing.

No pages seem to be getting any traffic from Google except my homepage. That's about 8-10 views and 1-2 clicks. I'm really screwed.

There is no increase. I thought I should wait for the August update to be completed but there was no effect.
