Not sure about mobile access, but do try desktop.
I tried desktop and Say the same.
Can anyone that has adsense confirm if in the Google payment center under subscription you have adsense?
So adsense Is not connected to Google pay? (Google payment center)

No, you should go to adsense.com and set everything.

In some cases, AdSense might hold your payments for verification or due to suspicious activity. Check your AdSense account for any notifications regarding payment holds.
The fact i am not seeing adsense there wherenit should be Is strange....
The adsense and payment center are in the same account, the email i use for adsense Is the same of Google payment center.
But in adsense i don't see any alert
