Google Panda update is not an 'Always On' Algorithm change !

what panda update are you talking about? latest may update or is there a new one? Not sure what happened but since 6 june my site went back up to #1 for both of its keywords (previously after may update i was #8 and #17 most of the times)

was it happened at june 6? i mean the latest panda update? wow they are aggressively tweaking SERPs...panda 2.1 was only about 3 1/2 weeks ago

*also, how do you know matt cutts talking about panda update is not finished yet. his latest blog post was 16 may, if there was a panda update this june, i believe he hasnt wrote anything yet on that one

Yes, it was June 6. My most important #1, which dropped out of the top spot with Panda 1.0 in February, returned to #1 on June 6. On the other hand, another #1 that's stayed untouched for more than a year, dropped to page 2 on June 6.

Panda 2.2 was released on 6 June. That would explain why your website shot to number 1.

Matt cutts has tweeted sometime back that they are not done with the Panda update yet. Their engineers are still fixing the errors and bugs from the Panda update. I cannot find the tweet right now but will put a link to the tweet if I find it.
