I'm confused with the same as well. Mine desktop score is 90+ but mobile score is very low on Pagespeed Insights.

GPSI more accurate rather than GT metrix

GPSI more accurate because GT metrix shows according to some location wise so better use pingdom ... It's more accurate and u can use think with Google too it's good to check mobile speed
