Google PageRank Update May 2012

Today while I was checking my website http://Wideinfo.org for Google Page Rank Update I am surprised to see that this one and half month old website have ranked PR 4 !

Prior to the update information, let me tell some information about Google Page Rank. It is nothing but a ranking tool by Google. Few years before, SEO consultants, spam bloggers used comment section to spam the web and get ranked top and Google had became full of dirty results, that web spam resulted in Google Page Rank. Google rolls out page rank for every quarter for all new blogs and update it for existing ranked blogs/sites, though some of the internal pages of the blog are automatically updated with in few days of publication without any official update; that happens because of the quality and social friendly of webpage.

Today (May 3rd 2012) Google rolled out an update of latest Page Rank to let the webmasters and site owners know about their efforts they put on till now.

Step-1: PR Checker Tool
Step-2: Type your blog / site address (say wideinfo.org)
Step-3: Fill-up anti-bot code to prove your humanity and enter.
Step-4: Now your latest 2012 Google PR (Page Rank) is on your display.

Did you get PR 0 or N/A?

Dear PR just today updated

As you can notice my website wideinfo ranked pr 4 today in short time !

You should be happy of what pr you are having as no one is having so much PR 7 even me

Think about others who are having PR 0

So enjoy the rank update !

As you know someone's bad and someone's good !

do people still care about PR? , only time I would care is if I want to sell a site, otherwise screw G. I don't rely on G anymore at all. But thx for the heads up.

Yes,I checked my pr before I read this post and My PR goes up to 3 from 0.They do made an update

I'm really curious how they decide the PR

My partners page went up from PR0 to PR4. WOW! And the index page is only PR2. Link exchanges here I come!

Still PR0. Not that bothered though as my main site hit #1 for most of my main search terms just before the penguin update and have held strong. I'd still quite like some PR though.

No big changes in my side.

Mixed bag here - some sites went upto PR3 others didn't move. Don't think this will stay long. G seems to be refining its algo so expect more updates.....

I dont see whats so special about this site other than it looks like all the other social networking front ends. YAWN! Arent we all over that yet?
Believe me, it may be a PR4 today but next time it will probably drop back down to a PR2.

no luck, i was expecting though having some lucky jumps but still unmoved at pr2. some sites still at pr1.

dear you should be happy of your still PR 2 and don't think pr 1 is good as it is bad as high pr is as your good website and be happy with your pr becoz some are there who is having pr 0
