The last Google PR update was in the beginning of February
Is there a way to get page rank updates for my sites? Few of my sites are PR0 and those sites are PR0 because Google Pagerank has not been updated so tell me if there is a way to update my page rank ??

Your PR will not update until google updates it.
Be patient,2nd PR update of 2013 will occur soon
And everybody eagerly waiting for it

Well the actual page rank does not really change anything about your site, just the perceived value, so it is not a huge loss.

Well as pointed out, you would have to wait thats only solution, as getting in touch with Google regarding this would be just a waste of time and frustrating for you.
