Google Official Update

Well it has been announced that Google has made an official update which is penguin 2.1 and as it quotes by saying "another step to reward high quality sites". Which says 1% of the searches will be affected.

Whats your opinion on this update.

For me personally some of my keywords improved in rankings and some has gone down.
