Most people here, and on seroundtable.com, should probably start with reading comprehension course...
Google has been offering those courses for a long time (I've completed all of them, first one over a year ago). You can check detailed curriculum on Coursera https://www.coursera.org/professional-certificates/google-digital-marketing-ecommerce/
You don't get any "SEO certification", you don't learn any super technical/specific stuff regarding SEO, you just get some general knowledge.
The text in the screenshot doesn't say what everyone suggests. It just states the information in this course will be usefull to SEO professionals, which is true - being a specialist in one are doesn't mean you should not have some general knowledge about other, related, areas.
