Google not ranking new websites after the core update but Bing does

When you build websites to rank on Google, it automatically is rankable on bing, because they follow a similar algorithm. The thing is with every update, Google is trying to show the world that they are for the motto "the best information on the web", but in doing the show they have started to rank vague news sites for important terms.
And this isn't going to stop. If your site is ranking on Bing then very good, but you can't go about ranking on Bing as a stand-alone thing because there isn;t much of a difference.

What exactly happened with one of my site.
I had two pages which ranked almost top 3 position on tech related niche.
Before this core update, suddenly, 1 of the page ranked, but no more ranked for new backlink anchors.
but second page was and is ranking for new backlinks.

Google has always been more difficult to rank for, it didn't start with this update by the way. It's been like that for a few years now.
Check it very well, the competition is much on Google search.
Your title is 100% wrong; Google not ranking new websites
Google is ranking new websites, you mean it is not ranking yours.
