Google not indexing my pages properly

My site is 15 days old. I also have setup w3 cache plugin and cloudflare DNS.

When I released my site, in 2-3 days my site was indexed, but not all pages.

I have done all the required basic SEO for a new site, submitted sitemaps, robots.txt, built some links, did bookmarking, added to SE's, added in webmaster tools.

My website contains 100% unique content. Indexing of my site has been extremely slow. From last 4-5 days, my new posts are not indexed. Out of the total 54 pages, 19 pages are still not indexed.

I see in webmaster tools that, my site is being crawled, also my home page is crawled, indexed and excerpts of the new posts on the home page are seen in the search, BUT those new posts are not getting indexed. My site is almost perfect, did the internal linking to relevant pages, sidebar always has the recent posts, and also related posts are displayed below the posts.

I have updated the ping list in wordpress/writing.
I am not indexing the cat and tag pages via All in one seo plugin.
Just some time back, I also did the "Fetch as GoogleBot" in webmaster tools.

Quality of the content is so good that, my indexed pages are already ranking. Its a big project for me and its really irritating that although getting crawled but pages are not getting indexed regularly.

Can people who have experienced this throw some light on the issue?

Some issues I can think about:
1] w3 cache plugin
2] Cloudflare DNS/ wp plugin
3] Was adding a big ping list in wp bad? Too much pinging?
4] My theme didn't have a navigation bar, I got it custom made, can this cause any problem? Should I try changing my theme? or may be change the host?
5] Its been 15 days, should I forget about it, just WAIT and keep building links?

try bookmarking the pages that are not getting indexed. ping the bookmarks and wait for a day or 2.. give it a try..

Increase the frequency spiders come to your site? If you're posting a lot, and it seems you're steady, make it check for new content daily?

Please understand anything I suggest or ask is just inquisitive and not an affront to your intelligence, because I'll be kind of basic here:

1. Submit your site to Google manually
2. Next time don't add a bunch of content like that at once (I'm assuming you did)
3. Do you have a proper sitemap?
4. Have you noticed posts getting indexed faster than pages?
5. Submit to other search engines and compare the rate of how your site gets indexed there as opposed to Google and figure out what is missing from optimizing the index procedure with G.
6. Keywords are too competitive? I'm not sure if pages independently get stuck in the sandbox, but it couldn't hurt to check.
7. Broken links? New domain? Did someone already take content FROM your site?

Bookmark the pages .. also submit the RSS ..

2] I did not add all the content at once, i had added 3~ per day.

Rest of the stuff, i had done it all.

It seems fine now. I got some good backlinks. Posts are indexing fast now.
