Some piece of shit copying my site into different domains, I constantly adding them to my GSC and removing their index, because whatever code I add to my site also automatically added into his site. Anyway, google picks his url as the main URL and not indexing my site. WTF is this shit? How do I index my pages? Is google retarted?

Lot of ways to deal with it.
1) contact domain provider and log a complaint
2) contact his hosting and log a complaints
3) complain to google
3) publish spam content as soon as he copies it remove it from your site.
4) always publish half content with full of mistake and as soon as he publishes you change it to correct one and submit to google for index.
5) if everything fails go after him with negative seo which I can't discuss here.
 
you can improve your site security by blocking your IP or you can use canonical tags to prevent sites content from being copied. Or you can submit a DMCA request to Google.
 
Better you can report to the google and start focusing on creating high quality content for your website.
Get legal help for copyright issues.

Had the same shit before... contact their hosting company (that's why I did and the site was taken down).
 
Some of these are dumb suggestions, but I found a way to block his sites.
