Hi guys

I'm creating an online store and submitted the complete website sitemap to webmaster tools.

Pages are being indexed veryyy slowly, is there anything I can do to speed this up.

I have also started link building, how do I get google to index those backlinks quickly rather than waiting forever?

You can manually submit the pages to Bing to index, and once Bing indexes it most likely Google will follow suit. There is a low limit to how many pages you can submit through your Bing "webmaster" account however.

Be sure that in webmaster tools you don't have a limitation on how many page can be crawled by G boot.

You can't speed up the indexation process, as long as you can see G crawling your website you just wait for the pages to get indexed. One G will finish to crawl all your pages you will see them in G.
 
In your GWT console, go to Crawl --> Fetch as google and submit your urls there. It usually takes only a couple minutes to get it indexed. If after 10 minutes it's still not indexed, it's either because your domain has a penalty or your url is not up to google's standard (thin content, duplicated, spam etc..)
 
Use fetch function in your GWT. or Share your website on Social media and on bookmarking sites.
 
Instead of PBN, use guest posting which makes your site more powerful. The authority of your site will get high. Then your site will rank quickly in SERP page.

Use unique keywords in content description ie., Keywords in description on your product.

Your site will be indexed soon just focus on creating more back links from an authority site.
Create a good quality content and use most relevant keyword.
 
Make sure that your website has a good structure and has several backlinks from authority websites pointing to it. This way Google bot will live on your website and index it in a matter of minutes =)
 
Can't do the speed up processing for indexing. Submit a sitemap to Google Search Console.
Check out on page SEO and focus on your site to make it as the good SERP results.

Google will be happy to read your pages if you can make your site as quality one.
 
Share it over Social Media.. Will make indexing quicker!
