How to optimize your blog for google news or google discover?

Can anyone provide guidelines on this?

I am as well interested to know this, i don't want to create fresh topic as its already the same. Any help will be appreciated.

No ideas on Google Discover, but for Google news, my kneejerk reaction is just keep your site news related. Sounds simple but sometimes the answer really is about sticking to the basics. Relevance matters. Is there something else you're wondering as far as optimization goes ? If it were me, I may also analyze what other sites were doing to basically emulate their strategy from what I could see topically.
