Google mybusiness (competition at my address)

Ok so, long story short, my client had an website with a guy. This guy used my client's shop address to register his website on google maps,etc.
Now, whenever someone is looking for my client's brand/address, they see this guy's brand too at our address. The thing is he is ranking for some local keywords with his website, using my client's address. Any way to make it dissapear from there?
LE: Also, any tips to make it show #1? Also to show on Google maps? Now you need to zoom in on that address to show it, if u guys can understand what i'm trying to say ^^

Select the false business location, choose "suggest an edit", then select spam/fake as the reason for removal.

I just moved his address to his new address, anyhow, I got an email from google confirming this and bla bla. Should check again in 24h to make sure it's done now. Regarding the second issue?
