Moz and Google do not get along I swear.

I used to have the "I deliver goods and services to my customers at their location" un checked by accident. Till I realized it. So I checked it. But now moz local is saying my google listing doesn't exist.

Should I leave that button unchecked or what?

If you have a local business and it is a home business, and you go out to service to your clients and no clients come to you, would you leave that button checked or unchecked. Common sense says check it but MOZ local doesn't seem to like it. Also it defeats the purpose of NAP because google only displays my city as the address and not my actual business address. Ah this is confusing.

Service based industries are supposed to hide their address if you don't eventually Google will for you or they will suspend the listing. Make sure Moz is setup correctly it's been many years since I have used them but I believe they once had an option in the settings to select that it was a service business or hidden address. No it doesn't completely defeat the purpose of NAP for Google still knows your NAP and a few citations allow you to hide your address as well so do so on the ones that allow you to and the ones that don't still list them generally hidden address listings are harder to rank but if that is how its suppose to be it's typically easier to work with Google than against them and suspended listings and/or going one strategy and then being thrown into another is a nightmare.

You're not doing anything wrong, I'm not sure what's wrong with MOZ Local in your case, but in general I can't recommend on MOZ Local (MOZ tools for SEO are fine, just the Local tool isn't my cup of tea). Whitespark is so my better in my opinion for citation management, I *think* they have free trial, not sure about that.
